Southern Women’s Domestic Violence Court Advocacy Service Is a locally-based service for women and children seeking help and information about how to get protection from domestic and family violence.

SWDVCAS is funded through The Women’s Domestic Violence Court Advocacy Program by Legal Aid NSW, and our auspice Service Provider is the Womens Centre for Health and Wellbeing Albury / Wodonga Inc.

We provide advocacy, information and support to women and we can help you in:

  • Information and Case Coordination

 

 

  • Court Advocacy

Our advocacy service covers Albury, Holbrook, Corowa, Finley and Deniliquin Local Courts.

We are funded to assist women seeking legal protection through the justice system.  We can also refer you to solicitors on our DV panel for legal representation, information or advice at Albury Local Court Local Court on list days.
