Building Resilience- KNOTS Series 1

Formerly known as KNOTS, it is a group program is for women who have experienced or are living with Family Violence.
It provides participants with an opportunity to explore, understand and work through the difficulties involved in abusive relationships. Helping you work towards a life free from Family Violence. This 8 week program is a worth-while investment in your Mental Health, as it will help you turn your previously negative situation into a positive learning experience.

The price of this course is a ONE-TIME ONLY fee.

 

If you can only pay in cash then you may pay at reception.
