Learn to quieten and calm your mind in a group of like minded women. Led by Brigitte, you will learn mindfulness techniques that you can use in your day to day life. You are encouraged to bring a yoga mat and any other items that may assist you such as pillows or a blanket. Brigitte is available for questions before and after sessions and encourages discussion.
