Board of Directors
The Women’s Centre for Health and Wellbeing Albury Wodonga is a not-for-profit, non government organisation. Our Board of Directors are volunteer members of the community that have relevant experience in governance, strategic planning and execution, business and financial management.
Board Members have relevant industry experience or recognised qualifications Our Board Members care about women’s health issues within the Albury Wodonga community
Board Members provide the strategic direction for the Women’s Health Centre. Meetings are held once every two months either in person or via video conference. Meetings are held outside of business hours.
New Directors are elected by and from our Membership and recommit to their position at each Annual General Meeting. Expressions of Interest in a Board Position can be sent to the General Manager via general.manager@womenscentre.org.au

Company Members that are unable to attend the AGM may fill in a Proxy Form and direct their vote
