We are here to support you with a variety of services and are able to refer you or support you with other service providers 

 


What's On at the Women's Centre in 2024

Term 4 group bookings are being taken now, if you want to join one of our groups please call us now to book your place!

Call us to book a spot now – 02 60 215773, the pre-group interviews will be the week before each group begins. 

Groups are each an 8 week course.

Weekly and Fortnightly Activities at the Centre

Come Join Walk and Talk!

Every Second friday our new Walk and Talk group meets at the Women’s Centre for a walk and talk, followed by a cuppa and a chat back at the centre. 

Join our Anxiety Group
Our Anxiety Group meets each tuesday and is an informal drop in group that people can choose to come either each week or when they feel they need support. 

Relaxation and Mindfulness Group
Learn and practice techniques to quieten your mind and relax

The Board and Staff are thrilled with the outcome of the Charity event organized by Business Women Albury Wodonga, thank you so much for all the hard work by the committee to bring such a wonderful result in raising funds for the Women's Centre.
